We are returning after Covid to a new timetable!
6-7pm Children from Nursery to Year 4
6.45pm – 7.30 Children from Year 5 to Year 8
And then you can stay for Midway if you like, from 7.30 – 8.30pm for year 5 upwards.
Kids’ Friday Club, formerly known as Children’s Meeting, was started from Armstrong Hall in 1965.
It has been running continuously since then, attended by several generations of local families.
It runs on Friday night during school term time, starting at 6pm, and caters for children from age 3 to 12 (Year 8). Youth Group (ages 13-18) runs in Armstrong Hall concurrently (see below).
The children are also joined by 2 visitors who are on a quest to understand more about Jesus – Amy and Zeb.
It is a noisy, lively interactive time of singing, quizzes and teaching. There are crafts for Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas and Harvest and occasionally guest speakers brave the ‘lion’s den!’ In addition there is a barbecue in September, a Christmas party (with a special visitor!), and an annual prizegiving in June.
It’s never too late to join the fun – Registration document
