Every year on Good Friday, the various churches within Upper Coquetdale Churches Together (UCCT) meet at St Agnes church in Rothbury to begin the Walk of Witness. The procession follows the cross through the village centre in Rothbury, stopping to hear readings, sing hymns and pray at a number of stations along the route.
Each year, more and more people join the walk, which is a special way of bringing the churches together, and the real meaning of Easter into our community. Why not join us next year?
