Over the last year the children in Julie-Anne and Kirstine’s class at Kids Club have been building a tree. We used toilet / kitchen roll tubes to build our trunk and painted it brown. We used cardboard to make branches and green paper leaves. One week we made ‘birds’ using polystyrene balls, feathers and a lot of glue! Another week we made flowers with pipe cleaners and tissue paper. The tree was the centre piece of our Creation frieze
During this time we talked about God’s amazing creation and how much detail we can see in this awesome world.
